Bhutan Visa Information

If you are planning a tour of Bhutan, you will need a visa to enter the country. However, unlike most other countries, Bhutan does not issue tourist visas to independent travellers. Instead, visitors to Bhutan must book a tour through a licensed Tour operator, who will arrange for the visa on their behalf.

To apply for a Bhutanese visa, you will need to provide the following Documents to your tour operator:

DOCUMENTS OF BHUTAN VISA
1. Colour and scanned passport copy with minimum validity of 6 months.
2. Passport size photographs of all the passengers traveling to Bhutan.
3. Copy of insurance certificate (Exclusively coverage for COVID 19)

Nepal Tibet Tours & Treks will then use this information to apply for your Bhutanese visa. Once your visa is approved, it will be stamped in your passport and you will be able to enter Bhutan.

It's important to note that Bhutan has a daily tariff system for tourists, which covers accommodation, meals, transportation, and guide services. The minimum daily tariff is set by the government and varies depending on the season of your visit. Make sure to discuss these costs with Nepal Tibet Tours & Treks before booking your trip.
