Day 01: ARRIVED AT KATHMANDU (1400M)

Meet and greet at the Airport and transfer to your Hotel, short briefing for the Tour. Rest in the afternoon. Evening Typical Nepali Dinner with Live Cultural Programs in Authentic Nepali Restaurant, Overnight Hotel.

Day 02: KATHMANDU SIGHTSEEING TOUR

After Breakfast, drive to to sightseeing spots for full day guided sigtseeing Tour arround Kathmandu. Sights are - Bhaktapur / Pashupatinath / Bouddhnath Stupa, Overnight Hotel.

Day 03: KATHMANDU – SIGHTSEEING TOUR

After Breakfast sightseeing Tour of PATAN CITY / SWYAMBHUNATH STUPA / KATHMANDU DURBARSQUARE, Overnight Hotel.

Day 04: KATHMANDU

Free day for preparation trip to Tibet or we may organize some activities near Kathmandu. Overnight Hotel. Need to fill up Tibet Visa form on the arrival Day, we need Original Passport and Passport Size Photo physical photo. NOTE Tibet Tour we can provide you fix departure budget group joining basis so that cost can be lower down in order to make it easy for you, it starts every Saturday !

Day 05: Saturday: Kathmandu (1,300m) → Kerung Border (2,700m)

Day 05 – Saturday: Kathmandu (1,300m) → Kerung Border (2,700m) Distance: 145 km | Duration: 6–7 hours drive Meals: Breakfast | Accommodation: SaiShi Hotel or similar one Begin your journey with a scenic morning drive from Kathmandu through the picturesque Nepalese countryside to the Kerung Border (Nepal–Tibet border). After completing immigration formalities on the Nepalese side, continue with an adventurous uphill drive (or a 2-hour walk in case of a landslide) to the Chinese immigration checkpoint. Once formalities are complete, either check in at your hotel or continue the short drive to Kerung town.Overnight stay at SaiShi Hotel.

Day 06: Kerung → Tingri (4,300m) / Lhatse (4,350m) → Shigatse (3,900m)

Max Altitude: 3,900m Meals: Breakfast | Accommodation: Manasarover Hotel or similar After breakfast, drive across the vast Tibetan plateau, one of the world’s highest and most remote landscapes. Weather permitting, enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Mt. Cho Oyu (8,201m) and Mt. Xishapagma (8,012m). From Tingri, you may even catch a glimpse of the mighty Mt. Everest (8,848m). Cross the high mountain pass Gyatchu La (5,220m), from where the road to Mt. Kailash branches off. Continue onward to Shigatse, the second-largest city in Tibet. Overnight at Manasarover Hotel.

Day 07: Shigatse → Lhasa (3,650m)

Distance: 260 km Meals: Breakfast | Accommodation: Yak Hotel or similar In the morning, visit the sacred Tashilhunpo Monastery, home of the Panchen Lama, followed by time to explore the local market. Afterward, drive through the dramatic Tibetan landscapes toward the spiritual heart of Tibet—Lhasa. Overnight at Yak Hotel.

Day 08: Lhasa City Sightseeing

Max Altitude: 3,650m Meals: Breakfast | Accommodation: Yak Hotel Spend the day exploring the iconic landmarks of Lhasa. Visit the legendary Potala Palace, former winter residence of the Dalai Lama; the sacred Jokhang Temple, Tibet’s holiest shrine; and the bustling Barkhor Market, full of local crafts, prayer items, and Tibetan culture. Overnight at Yak Hotel.

Day 09: Lhasa City Sightseeing

Visit two of Tibet’s most important monasteries: Drepung Monastery – once the largest monastery in the world, home to thousands of monks Sera Monastery – famous for its lively monastic debates in the courtyard Later, you'll have free time to explore the Barkhor Market, perfect for picking up last-minute souvenirs and soaking in the atmosphere of Tibet’s spiritual capital. Day 10: Lhasa → Gyantse via Yamdrok Lake (261 km)

Max Altitude: 3,950m Meals: Breakfast | Accommodation: Chenjan Hotel or similar Enjoy a scenic drive from Lhasa to Gyantse, crossing high-altitude passes such as: Karo La Pass (5,010m) Kamba La Pass (4,749m) En route, admire the stunning turquoise waters of Yamdrok-Tso Lake, one of Tibet’s three sacred lakes. Upon arrival in Gyantse, visit:Kumbum Stupa – a unique multi-storied stupa with elaborate murals and statues Phalkor Monastery – a beautiful fusion of Han, Tibetan, and Nepalese architecture Overnight in Gyantse.

Day 11: Gyantse → Xegar/Tingri (via Shigatse)

Max Altitude: 4,300m Meals: Breakfast | Accommodation: Roof of the World Hotel or guesthouse Begin the early morning journey toward Tingri, passing through Shigatse once more. The drive is long but scenic, taking you across the dramatic Tibetan landscape. Optional Experience (at extra cost): Visit Rongbuk Monastery, the world’s highest monastery Hike to Everest Base Camp (North Face) for a close-up view of Mt. Everest (weather permitting) Overnight in Tingri.

Day 12: Tingri → Kerung Border → Kathmandu

Max Altitude: 1,350m Meals: Breakfast | Accommodation: End of tour services After breakfast, drive back to the Kerung Border. Complete border formalities and cross into Nepal. Our team will be waiting on the Nepal side to welcome you and transfer you back to Kathmandu, marking the end of this unforgettable Himalayan adventure. ???? Note: Average driving time in Tibet is 5–8 hours per day, depending on the terrain and weather. Optional Everest Base Camp excursion is not included in the main package and incurs an extra cost.

Day 13 : BHUTAN PRIVATE TOUR ITINERARIES - Kathmandu ✈ Paro (2,250m) → Thimphu (2,320m)

Meals: Arrival assistance | Accommodation: Hotel in Thimphu Upon arrival at Paro International Airport, meet our local representative. Begin a scenic drive to Thimphu, Bhutan’s charming capital, passing terraced fields and riverbanks, eventually following the Wang Chu River upstream to the city. Overnight in Thimphu.

Day 14: Thimphu Sightseeing → Dochu La Pass → Punakha (1,310m)

Meals: Breakfast | Accommodation: Hotel in Punakha After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of Thimphu’s highlights: Memorial Chorten – dedicated to the third King of Bhutan Takin Preserve – home to Bhutan’s national animal Jungshi Handmade Paper Factory Zilukha Nunnery National Institute for Zorig Chusum (Arts & Crafts School) Then, drive over the scenic Dochu La Pass (3,050m) with panoramic Himalayan views. Continue to Punakha, where you’ll visit: Punakha Dzong – Bhutan’s most majestic fortress Wangdue Phodrang Dzong (if accessible) Overnight in Punakha.

Day 15: Punakha → Paro (Sightseeing)

Meals: Breakfast | Accommodation: Hotel in Paro After breakfast, begin the drive to Paro. En route, stop at: Simtokha Dzong – Bhutan’s oldest fortress and now a center for traditional studies In the afternoon, visit the following in Paro: National Museum (Ta Dzong) – housing Bhutanese art and artifacts Paro Rinpung Dzong – a fine example of Bhutanese architecture Satsam Chorten Monastery Overnight in Paro.

Day 16: Paro: Excursion to Tiger’s Nest (Taktshang Monastery)

Altitude: 3,120m | Meals: Breakfast | Accommodation: Hotel in Paro After breakfast, set out for a memorable hike to Taktshang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), Bhutan’s most iconic site perched on a cliffside. The hike takes 4–5 hours round trip Optional horse ride available for the first half of the climb Bring a fully charged camera—the views are truly spectacular Return in the afternoon and explore the local Paro market at leisure. Day 17: Paro ✈ Kathmandu (1,350m)

Clothing and Equipments

Certain basic trekking equipment is essential on all routes we described in this site. Depending on the area and season, we will provide you with a comprehensive list of necessities. Here is some recommended Equipments List for trekking in Nepal. Clothing 1. Boots Lightweight walking boots. If new one is being bought, “walk then in” to avoid blisters. Also bring spare laces. 2. Track shoes A pair of track shoes. To wear in the camp at night or when the boot is wet. 3. Jacket Warm jacket. Fiber fills or down should be adequate. This is especially necessary during winter from December to February. A rainproof jacket with hood or a poncho. Get the one that is guaranteed waterproof. 4. Shirt and Sweaters Woolen shirts and thick sweaters. During winter months, December through February these items are essential. Thick sweaters can be purchased in Kathmandu. 1 lightweight long sleeved -shirt is particularly suitable for avoiding sun burn. 5. Trousers A pair of lightweight/ heavy weight trousers. Jeans are unsuitable to wear on treks. Cheap loose cotton pants are available in Kathmandu. Heavyweight trousers are useful higher up in the mountains in the morning and at night. Windproof/ waterproof trousers are necessary on all treks going above 10.00ft. 6. Underwear Thermal underwear. These are excellent to sleep in at night in the winter months thermal underwear are quite invaluable. 7. Tracksuit A tracksuit useful for wearing in camp and in the tent. 2 pair of loose fitting long shorts/ skirts. 8. Sleeping Bag As you do not carry it yourself this may be synthetic or down, but it must be 4 season. As most treks pass through a variety of climatic conditions, a long zip is a good idea. A cotton/fleece liner helps keep your sleeping bag clean. Good sleeping bags are expensive but can be rented easily in Kathmandu (Only for treks starting and finishing there) 9. Sun Hat, SunCream/Block & Lip Salve Choose a high factor suncream (Factor 20 or stronger) to protect your skin against the sun at high altitude. A combination sunblock/lip salve is ideal for facial protection. 10. Personal First Aid Kit You should have your own supply of plasters, aspirin, diarrhea tablets and also a comprehensive blister kit. (Please do not give medicines to local people without consulting the trek leader.) 11. Hat/ Glove/ Sandle/ Shocks/ Underwear a) A woolen hat to wear in the morning and at night. During winter it is an essential item. b) A sunhat and ensure it has a wide brim to cover the face and neck. b) A pair of gloves. Leather with lining and woolen are best. c) 1 pair of sandals to wear in the cities and in camp. d) 4 pairs of thin and 4 pair of thick woolen socks. e) Underwear” normal quantity and swimming costume, hankies. Equipments and Accessories a) Duffle bag or kit bag to carry to gear while trekking b) Daypack: This is a small rucksack to carry personal requirement for the day e.g. toilet items, camera, film towel, soap, a boot etc. c) Water bottle. d) Snow glasses and sunglasses e) 2-4 large plastic bags to separate clean clothes from dirty ones. f) 6 -10 smaller plastic bags to dispose garbage. g) Wallet and /or money belt with compartment for coins. h) Toiletries with large and small towels. Toilet paper can buy in Kathmandu and some villages in the mountains. i) Small headlamp and/ or torch with spare batteries and bulbs j) candles and lighter to burn toilet paper. k) Snow gaiters essential during wither and all treks going over at other times. l) An umbrella (optional), which is quite useful to as a sunshade and useful when it rains. m) Reading materials, camera and film, game items (optional), note book, rubber band, pen and pencil, envelopes, a diary, a calendar, a pocket knife, binoculars (optional), a small pillow or headrest (optional).
